B&Q is a large building materials supermarket belonging to the world's third-largest home decoration Kingfisher retail company. In 2003, Union provided a location research and investment environment evaluation to B&Q. Union analyzed and evaluated business development and market potential of Dongguan market by investigating the city population, economy, and industry competition etc. In 2005, B&Q established a supermarket respectively in Nancheng and Wanjiang of Dongguan City.
Founded in 1954, Italy Patricia Milton brand is a branch of the Italian pharmaceutical company. "Arbus Hamilton" is specialized in research and development and production of a series of high-quality skin care products and cosmetics. Union provided market research and market entry feasibility report for Patricia Milton in 2004. Union made a research on cosmetic retail, beauty salons clinical utilization and cosmetic agents. Patricia Milton decided not to enter China since investment problem.
Aachen University of Technology Institute for Machine Tools and Process Design (WZL), as German first-class manufacturing and Measurement and Testing Technology Research Institute, is one of Europe's largest machine tool parks. It also represents the highest level of research institutions in the world in the field of machine tools and precision instruments. Union cooperated with WZL together provided professional market research service to Chang’an town which is renowned for hardware and moulding. Through visiting local enterprises, associations and testing institutions, Union compiled a feasibility study business plan for setting up a Mould and Machinery Measuring Centre in Chang’an.
CST is a Netherlands company which is specialized in plastic product process and distribution, plastic mould R&D, Hi-tech automobile mould development etc. In 2008, with the help of Union, CST set up a trading company in Dongguan. Union also provides annual advisory services including law advisory, tax and accounting advisory and working VISA applying to CST.
Founded in 1983, OLIMEX is a German company specialized in manufacturing and distributing kitchenware and household appliances. OLIMEX has become one of the famous kitchenware suppliers in Asia. With the help of Union, OLIMEX set up a representative office in Dongguan in 2008 to further develop South China market.
In 2005, Union assisted Brazilian shoe enterprise Stein to establish a trading company in Dongguan which was the first foreign-owned retail trading company. So far, Union is providing Stein with the services of company registration, tax and accounting, working VISA and annual audit etc.
IFE is a local company with a history of more than 20 years specializing in design, manufacture, installation, maintenance and modernization of elevators and escalators. In recent years, IFE spent much effort on overseas expansion and has already established sales networks in Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, United Arab Emirates (UAE) etc. In 2009, Union provided IFE with services of market entry investigation, policy consulting, office address selection and foreign staff employment to help IFE invest in Germany. At present, with the help of Union, IFE has set up a trading company in Duisburg. It enables IFE to develop European market and to attract more European talents.

In 2009, Union assisted Dutch investors to establish ProFashional Investment Group Limited, From Scratch Limited and ProGarments Limited in Hong Kong. According to the company's business development requirement, Union helped ProGarments Limited and From Scratch Limited to purchased the whole shares of a domestic company in Anhui province in 2010, and successfully made the domestic enterprise transit into a foreign-invested enterprise with the business scope in costume design, production, processing and sales.

Marti Technics Co. Ltd. was established in 2002, is one of the subsidiary companies of the well-known Swiss company - Marti Holding. In 2011, Union provided a location survey service for Marti Technics for its new company and the final selection is in Qingxi Town. Currently, the Qingxi Branch of Marti Technics is in the preparation stage. Union is providing the consulting services of environmental assessment and fire safety。
